In 2007 I have set up my company, Accesis www.accesis.ro, where we work with two professional areas: specialized trainers and certified teachers with an expertise in teaching foreign languages (Accesis TC) and organisational communication (Accesis HR).
As a manager, I’ve been perfecting daily, for over 8 years in multiple areas: training of trainers, HR & people management, sales, purchasing, business plan, developing the relationship with various clients and getting to know the challenges specific to their industries, marketing, technology, time and risk management, customer database management, strategy and everything deriving from these. Of course, I don’t do them all, but I need thorough knowledge of all these so that I am able to ask the right questions at the right time. I combine and generate ideas, analyze CV-s and, quite rarely, when time allows, I write on my personal blog.
